The nearest airport to Perdido Key is Pensacola International Airport (PNS), roughly a 30–40 minute drive away. Some visitors also fly into Pensacola for the Florida side, or use the airports near Mobile, Alabama, for the Orange Beach side. There's no public transit to the beach, so you'll want a rental car.

Pensacola International (PNS) is the closest and easiest for Perdido Key — about 30–40 minutes by car. For the Alabama side (Orange Beach, Gulf Shores), the regional airport near the beaches and the airports up toward Mobile are alternatives, though Pensacola is often the simplest. Compare fares, because a slightly farther airport can be much cheaper.
Getting around once you're here
