Is there a toll to get to Perdido Key?
There is no special toll just to enter Perdido Key on the normal routes from Pensacola or Orange Beach. What does cost money: state park and national seashore entrance fees, and paid parking at some public accesses. Condo guest parking is usually free for guests only.

Fees that actually hit
Gulf Islands National Seashore (Johnson Beach) and Florida state parks charge entry. Beach equipment rentals and reserved parking programs exist in peak season. Budget for those, not a phantom toll booth.
The tolls people are actually thinking of
Three nearby bridges charge, and they cause the confusion. From the Pensacola side, the Bob Sikes Bridge to Pensacola Beach and the Garcon Point Bridge over Escambia Bay are tolled — neither is on the way to Perdido Key. From the Alabama side, the Foley Beach Express bridge into Orange Beach is a toll bridge; it's the fast route down from I-10 and worth the few dollars in summer traffic, but you can skip it by staying on Highway 59 through Gulf Shores or coming in on Highway 98/292 through Pensacola. Nothing on the last stretch onto the Key itself charges.
Budgeting the real costs
Park entry at Perdido Key State Park and Johnson Beach (Gulf Islands National Seashore, where an annual America the Beautiful pass covers you), paid or limited parking at some accesses, and rentals of chairs and umbrellas from beach services in season. Those are the fees that add up over a week. A toll booth on the way in is not one of them.
