Avenue Pub is the coastal outpost of a Tuscaloosa gastropub, parked at Hudson Marina on Terry Cove. Worth setting expectations: despite some loose “beachfront” marketing, this is a cove/marina-side spot, not Gulf-front — which is its own kind of good. Deck seating down by the water, plenty of boat parking, and dogs are welcome.
What to order
Everything’s made in-house daily. The smoked tuna dip is the move to start; from there it’s fish & chips, grouper tacos, or the big “Orange Beach Feast.” Casual scratch food done right, with local beer and cocktails to match.
Good to know
Easygoing, dog-friendly, and built for an afternoon by the water rather than a fancy night out. Pull up by boat or by car — there’s room either way.
