Intimidator has been working out of Orange Beach Marina since 1996, which in charter years makes it one of the old guard on the dock — slip E-13, right next door to Distraction. The pitch is plain: real fishing, safety first, no theatrics.
The trips
Half-days stay on the reefs — triggerfish, vermilion snapper, amberjack, plus red snapper and grouper in season. Full days push farther out. But the overnight and multi-day trips are what set this boat apart: one to two nights offshore, four to eight anglers (Coast Guard berth limits cap it around eight to ten), running deep for yellowfin tuna, wahoo, mahi, and blue marlin. Most Orange Beach charters turn around at dark; this one keeps going.
Good to know
Rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, and fish storage are all included, so you’re not hauling gear down the dock. If you’ve done the six-hour snapper trip a few times and want the version where the fish are measured in feet, the overnight is the honest next step. Book early for summer — the long trips fill first.
