The kitchen
Executive Chef Brody Olive has run the kitchen since 2016 and won the 2023 Great American Seafood Cook-Off — crowned “King of American Seafood.” The menu leans dry-aged steaks and Gulf seafood, using responsibly harvested Gulf Wild–brand fish.
The wine
A serious program: a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, 130-plus selections from eight countries, and a climate-controlled cabinet holding 700-plus bottles. Worth letting them pair.
