Lillian’s has been feeding the Key since 1989, which by Perdido standards makes it a founding institution — it’s outlasted hurricanes, condo booms, and every trend that’s rolled through since. It sits on Perdido Key Drive close enough to the beach that a pizza run in a wet bathing suit is a completely normal transaction.
What to order
Pan pizza is the name and the argument. The dough is made in-house daily, along with the meatballs, the lasagna, and a homemade ranch that has its own local following. Calzones, strombolis, wings, and pastas round it out, but the pan pizza is what they’ve been voted best in the area for.
The vibe
Zero pretense. Indoor and outdoor seating, big groups welcome, and a daiquiri bar — the Daiquiri Deck — attached, because this is still the beach. Sandy kids, sunburned adults, and locals who’ve been ordering the same pie for twenty years.
Good to know
Open 11am to 10pm, seven days a week, which in a town where half the kitchens close at 8 makes Lillian’s the reliable late option. They run daily specials on pizza and drinks; check the board when you walk in.
